Step 1: Consultation and Custom Design

This phase begins with understanding your needs. The Aaron Elevators team will visit your site for a detailed survey. This is where we determine the right lift type (Traction, Hydraulic, etc.), capacity, and specific space requirements (like pit depth and overhead clearance). Based on this, a custom design blueprint is created, covering the technical requirements and aesthetic finishes for the cabin, doors, and controls.

Step 2: Technical Approvals and Site Preparation

Once the design is finalized, the structural work begins. This phase is usually managed by your builder, based on the precise technical drawings we provide.

• Civil Works: This includes creating the hoistway (the shaft where the lift travels) and preparing the pit (the space below the lowest floor).
• Electrical Readiness: Necessary wiring, circuits, and the dedicated power supply must be installed and checked before the main components arrive.
• Permits: We guide you on the necessary permits and approvals required for elevators in Bangalore to ensure full legal compliance.

Step 3: Component Delivery and Mechanical Installation

This is the core construction phase. Once your site is declared ready, the lift components are delivered.

• Guide Rails: The vertical rails that guide the car are installed securely within the shaft.
• Drive System: The motor, control systems, and machinery (often located in the pit or overhead, or Machine Room-Less) are positioned and wired.
• Cab Assembly: The elevator car (cabin) is carefully assembled inside the shaft and connected to the hoisting mechanism.

Step 4: Final Finishes and System Testing

With the mechanics in place, the focus shifts to aesthetics and precision.

• Aesthetics: The customized interiors, lighting, flooring, call buttons, and landing doors are installed, bringing the design to life.
• Rigorous Testing: Our skilled technicians perform exhaustive checks. This includes load testing, checking the speed and leveling accuracy at each floor, and verifying all safety systems, such as the ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) and emergency brakes.

Step 5: Final Inspection and Handover

The final stage ensures the lift is 100% ready for use.

• Official Inspection: A final inspection by the relevant local authority or a qualified third party (where applicable) confirms that the installation meets all safety codes.
• Client Training: We provide you and your team with comprehensive training on the lift’s daily operation, emergency procedures, and how to use key safety features.
• Service Activation: Your lift is officially handed over, and the maintenance contract (including our 24/7 service) is activated, marking the beginning of our long-term partnership.
